
For many Lore/Knowledge and for Encounter Planning rolls I'll be using the Brain Storm subsystem introduced in Atomic Robo RPG, wherein the top 3 votes will get to compete, and the winning voter will get to directly manipulate the narrative based on their pitch and roll. The System will be a homebrew FATE splat using fudge dice and the standard difficulty system. Exact details of how the cross works will come. I'll be trying to stay faithful to both canons, but I'm not worried about perfection and may bend some things for story/mechanics purposes or for my own amusement and biases. However, not being a Tinker means you can gain knowledge on the mechanisms behind the tech(assuming you have the intelligence required). There will be a tech tree involved, but you are not a Tinker. The basic premise will be that of a powerless(at least for now.) Taylor who gains access to a stash of Half-Life universe tech(and maybe something more.) and.does whatever with it.

This is my first Quest, so please be kind, but criticism is welcome I realized today that a Quest may fit the bill, and am now taking the plunge.

I've had this one on my mind for a while, but no real direction I wanted to take it. Trying to do a thing here for fun and practice.
